The Foundation engages in legal action in state and federal courts when we perceive that violations of American values, individual rights or constitutional protections have taken place. We have advocated in 33 states for justice in 9 areas of legal advocacy: class actions, international law, election integrity, government oversight, national security, illegal immigration, judicial reform, healthcare, and race-based discrimination.
