BIOGRAPHY
Stephen Barasch, Esq. received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and earned his law degree at New York University School of Law. After law school, he served in the Army as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General Corps. He later formed his own law firm which specialized in labor relations and employment law. He was an arbitrator on the labor panels of the American Arbitration Association and the New Jersey State Board of Mediation. He is the founder of The Churchill Group, an organization specializing in trust administration and the processing and payment of employee benefit claims. He serves as the current Chairman of the Board of the Allied Educational Foundation.
